How do I enroll for Mobile Banking?

Answer:  It’s as simple as downloading the LCFB Mobile App.  If you are a current CyberTeller (Online Banking) customer, simply enter your username and password.  If this is your first time gaining online access to your accounts, click “Enroll now” and follow the prompts. 

Is Mobile Banking secure?

Answer:  Lake City Federal Bank is committed to the security, privacy and safety of your account information.  A number of security features are enabled with Mobile Banking including passwords, security questions and automatic log out from the app when you are not active in a session.

What if my mobile device is lost or stolen?

Answer:  If your mobile device is lost or stolen, your mobile banking app cannot be accessed without knowing your unique password, Touch ID, Face ID or Fingerprint Login.  Please contact your mobile carrier as well as Lake City Federal Bank and we can help disable your mobile banking access.

Mobile Deposit

The Mobile Deposit feature will be made available upon request to LCFB customers with checking accounts.  To sign up for this feature, call 651-345-3373 or email with your request.  Here are a few things to know about our new convenient and free service:

How do I enroll for Mobile Deposit?

Answer:  Contact us at 651-345-3373 or email us at  This is a free service offered to LCFB customers with checking accounts.

Are there restrictions on the types of check I can deposit?

Answer:  Savings bonds, travelers’ checks, money orders (including postal money orders) and credit card checks will not be accepted.  Any checks made payable to any person or entity other than those who own the deposit account are also restricted. 

How will I know that my deposit has been received? 

Answer:  You will receive an email once your deposit has been approved or rejected.  Please note, the email confirmation of an approved deposit does not mean that the deposited funds will be immediately available in your account.  Check your account history for confirmation of your deposit.

Are the pictures of my checks stored on my mobile device?

Answer:  No, images are not stored on your device after completing a Mobile Deposit.
